Time for new fitness equipment. |

Due to my family doctor "ordering" me to lose weight I am in market for some new fitness equipment. I have a few pieces of old fitness equipment like a set of barbells, weight bench for bench pressing, and an ab machine I am certain was designed with torture in mind, but this fitness equipment is so old I think I need to go online and look at what is available that has been made in this century. There are so many really high tech pieces of fitness equipment available online I am having a bit of a difficult time deciding what to purchase. One of the new treadmills that do not destroy a persons knees or ankles has caught my eye as has one of the complete home gym's full of features. I like the home gym design and over forty exercises it offers because it is not going to take up an entire room, and unlike my old barbells the new home gym works the user's muscles using resistance that can be changed as I become stronger. The resistance method does not put sudden strain or jerks on joints and muscles like the barbells do so I will hopefully have a much smoother workout and fewer trip's to the doctor for back or muscle sprains. |
