Achieving Weight Loss with Hoodia Tea Possible |

Now that fall is here, I've been indulging myself a little too much in comfort food and I've put on a couple of pounds I certainly don't need. After talking to my neighbor about how much I enjoy eating and need to cut back, she suggested I try hoodia tea, which I'd never heard of. She told me how beneficial it is for weight loss, so when I got back in the house, I got online and ordered some. The plant, hoodia, has appetite suppressing properties and there are other ingredients that I was familiar with that also promote weight loss, so I'm really looking forward to getting it.

I learned that the tea also has bitter orange extract in it that is loaded with antioxidants and also has properties that help the body burn fat. I don't eat all that much fat, so I'm hoping that the fat it burns is the fat I have stored in my abdomen. Time will tell, and it's going to be so much fun to achieve weight loss eating grapefruit and drinking tea, two of my favorite things already.
