Hitting Fitness Equipment After Halloween |

Another great year of Halloween costume parties is behind us but many of the calories I picked up eating sweets and treats are still in my system. I am turning to fitness equipment to burn off some of those sweet tooth calories. I actually didn’t have to much candy this Halloween but I did have a fair share of beer which has way more calories. I’m not looking for weight loss pills just some time on the treadmill to jog it off.
With Thanksgiving a few weeks away, it is a good idea to start hitting the fitness equipment. At least that is what I keep telling myself to do after finishing up with work. If Thanksgiving was anything like last year, I am going to forget about looping up a belt and just stick with sweat pants. There is no way I can slack on eating all those amazing turkey dishes. It will just mean meeting with fitness equipment come the last week of November. That’s cool though. The trade off between gravy taters and running a couple miles is a fair trade.
