nutrition health, weight loss pillsI don’t know if it is something in our nature like Grizzly Bears or what but come the colder winter months I generally pick up a few pounds. It could be my body’s way of adding some natural insulation but this year I am going to try and actually drop some pounds come winter. I’m not to the point of needing weight loss pills. Really, I just want to get back in shape. Nutrition health with exercise is my prescription.

From now until the end of 2009 there are going to be some mouth water meals on the menu in between holidays and seeing family. There is no way I’m going light on the gravy come Thanksgiving so I figure a preemptive strike of nutrition health now until the end of the year should if nothing else counter balance all those fattening holiday dishes. O do I love macaroni and cheese. Personally, the best results I have had were when keeping up with every other day cardio, doing sit ups daily and making sure to manage nutrition health the right way. Doing these three things have given me more energy too.
