One thing I plan to do with my new heat gun is heat the vinyl cover for the back of the old pick-up truck I recently purchased and am restoring. I can attach one side of the cover to the bed of the truck and use the heat gun to warm the vinyl to a temperature that will allow it to stretch for a snug fit.
