fitness equipment, bodybuildingWhen I was in my late teens and early twenties I was seriously into bodybuilding. I used to hit the gym three or four times per week and do a two or three hour workout. As you can probably imagine, my young body looked absolutely fantastic and I got lots of attention from the opposite gender. I am now thirty-three years old. I work from home, keep house and take care of my husband and three step-grandkids. Unfortunately I no longer have the spare time I once had to devote to bodybuilding, yet I still try to keep myself in decent shape for a woman of my age. I don’t go to the gym but I do use fitness equipment such as dumbbells, ankle weights, a stepping machine and a Pilates ball at home. I also hike all year round and swim in the summer. Unfortunately I do not have a body to die for anymore. However after looking around and seeing what kind of shape some women my age are in I realize that I could look much worse than I do. Hence I will continue to exercise using my fitness equipment three or four times per week.
