Anti Gravity Fitness Equipment New Trend? |

I saw a new type of treadmill on TV that would be really interesting to try out. It's a zero gravity treadmill that takes the pressure off the joints when running or walking on it. This kind of fitness equipment minimizes the impact of exercise and I hope my gym gets one soon. I don't have any injuries that I have to worry about but I can imagine how much longer I could go on the treadmill. It would be a lot like swimming, only less work because there would be no resistance from the water. Fitness equipment that takes the pressure off the joints and creates a weightless environment may be the latest trend in helping people extend their exercise routines. I know it would be great for me. Between the weightless treadmill and swimming, it would be super simple to stay in shape and not have to worry about any strains or injuries that can happen with more rigorous use of fitness equipment. I may talk to my gym about getting a couple of those treadmills for people to use who want an easier workout and maximum results. Sounds like exercise heaven to me. |
