I have had high blood pressure all of my life.  I've finally gotten it under control by eating healthier, paying close attention to nutrition health and I've also increased my water consumption.  These things have made a big difference in my life; however I still struggle with my weight. 

I've tried almost every diet there is, and I own enough fitness equipment to start my own gym!  In the past I even tried weight loss pills, but I noticed that my blood pressure skyrocketed, which is never a good sign, so I've had to steer clear of weight loss pills for my own good.

I remember when I was younger when I went to a doctor who prescribed me quite a few weight loss pills and I got the jitters so bad I couldn't even function, so I never went back to his office again.  I guess I'm just a little gun shy after that doctor prescribed those weight loss pills for me.  I think the only weight loss pills I've taken since then are Spirulina tablets and they're only algae, so they're safer for me.

I always run whatever nutrition health items I'm thinking about taking by my doctor first.  If she o.k.'s it then I'm good to go!
