weight loss, weight loss pillsI can't begin to tell you how incredibly frustrating it is to go on a diet and feel like you're taking one step forward and two steps back!  I really try hard when I begin a weight loss program, but somehow I get off track within approximately two weeks.  I have tried weight loss pills, and weight loss shakes; I've even used fitness equipment, but for some strange reason I seem to always sabotage my weight loss plan!

There's no doubt in my mind that I need to find some kind of weight loss plan that will work for me.  I really do want to feel better about myself, but more than that, I want to be healthy! 

I've recently tried to start my day off with eating fruit, such as a banana or cantaloupe.  I feel really good when I'm eating that kind of food, but as lunch time draws near, so do the temptations.  I'd really love to be on a show like The Biggest Loser, but I really don't think I could keep up with those people.  It's incredible what they have them do on that show. 

I really do want to stop this two step dance I've been doing too long now!  So, I guess I'll try to hire some kind of fitness coach to help be with my weight loss, or perhaps a fun new piece of exercise equipment might do the trick!
