bodybuilding, nutrition healthI stand at 6’3 and my buddy is somewhere just above 5’7. He is much smaller then me in the height department but somehow his hands and feet are the same size as mine. Actually his hands are a bit larger then mine. I’m not all palms either. My roommate who once worked as a personal trainer in a local gym said that guys like my buddy are made for bodybuilding. It is the body type a person sees hurling a large circular stone on a field or flipping over a monster truck tire for 50 yards. When I told him about this potential bodybuilding future, he started laughing. I wasn’t the first person to tell him this. He returned simply by saying, “Fitness equipment and me aren’t the best of friends.” What he meant was he doesn’t like exercising nearly enough to get on the cover of a Flex.

I see where he is coming from. Between nutrition health and my own weight loss, there is no way I could devote more time in the gym. It takes a person with real drive to get this far with the dumbbell. My friend may be built to squat 800 pounds but I don’t see that in his near future.
