Weight Loss Starts with Cardio |

Before talking to a personal trainer I had it all wrong. For a good four months, I have been trying to lose a belly I picked up after not running enough, eating too much greasy food at night and not sticking to common sense. The epiphany occurred after being invited to a local gym from a buddy who had recently signed up and been given a guest pass. When we walked in there was a sea of fitness equipment, much of it occupied by people dead eyed to stay in shape. We had to first sit down with the guy who had sold my friend on the membership. He showed me around, trying to entice me too. It’s a nice place I just didn’t need another bill. Not letting him onto that I asked the best way to lose a gut after pulling up my shirt and patting my belly. He laughed and said nutrition health, sit-ups and a lot of cardio.
See, I’d been doing the sit-up portion and been better about nutrition health but the cardio wasn’t top priority. I went from running a couple miles a week to about ten consistently. It is quiet the workout but with the right fitness equipment, doable. I have since noticed my belly shrinking.
