Have Fun with Weight Loss |

Everyone has a New Years resolution for 2010. Most people have chosen to get fit or setting a weight loss goal. I chose to have fun. I like going to the gym, but I often do not have the attention span to go everyday. I like to cross train. One day, it's yoga, the next it's rock climbing, in the evenings I go salsa dancing and another day is a nice jog up my favorite hill.
Most people make the mistake of losing weight for the sake of weight loss. However, there are very few people that can do this consistently with that basic reasoning. I'm the kind of person that needs a more enriching way to lose weight. I'd rather forget that I'm losing weight in the first place when I'm working out. In fact, I don't want to even remember that I'm working out. Life is meant to be fun and activities are supposed to be play.
Weight loss can be a difficult process or you can make it a life enriching experience. I want to try new things. As long as I eat healthy and consciously and stay active in enjoyable ways, I know weight loss is within my reach.
