Meditating on Weight Loss |

Weight loss is a lifestyle change. It can be an enriching and phenomenal change where we can discover who we are as a individuals. The prize isn't relishing our future selves. The prize is in accepting who we are today and making efforts in creating a better self for tomorrow.
The biggest challenges that people face during weight loss is the mental game. Negative thoughts seem to plague us whenever we are challenged. Most people make the mistake to drop out during the first challenge. A challenge actually tests our worthiness of attaining the goal. Tests are important because they prepare us for bigger challenges in our lives.
Once we control our bodies, we can control our minds. A great way to control our bodies is through the power of meditation. By clearing our thoughts, we live in the now. We also gain the practice necessary in clearing our thoughts when a challenge arises. By focusing purely in-the-moment, we can accomplish so much more. It's important to have control of our minds during weight loss and exercise.
So far, weight loss has been an incredible and enlightening experience.
