nutrition health

There are two people in the world: the ones that process the world through thinking and the other half processes the world through feeling. Neither is more correct than the other. This just means that we have different ways of handling certain situations. For example, I've never been one to calorie count. As much as I wholeheartedly tried, I could never manage to consistently count my calories. I took the Myers-Briggs test and realized that I was a feeler. This explained so much.

I needed a more intuitive way of eating. I had a basic education on nutrition health. I knew that I needed a certain amount of fruits, vegetables and protein. So, I kept these nutrition health ratios in mind when I ate. My nutrition diet is simple: only put the good stuff in my body, leave out the bad. After all, why would you include unleaded fuel when you're certain that your car performs better with premium?

With this new way of intuitive eating, I find myself making consistent decisions that can last a lifetime for my nutrition health.
