Feeling Like Jello….Time to Start Bodybuilding |

Like I mentioned in the prior post, I’ve been on a weight loss regime that is working pretty well with the current weather. The problem with not having a gym at my disposal is there are not any easy ways to build muscle. It is easy for me to work out for hours when in a gym but not so easy for me to complete even a few sets of push-ups while at home. It just isn’t a place that sends a mental cue to my brain to prepare for bodybuilding. I’m trying to change this though. While I’ve noticed the pounds start shedding away, I’m also losing muscle because I’m not weight training anymore.
After losing in arm wrestling to my roommate who I’ve beaten before it hit me. Not that arm wrestling is all about strength but it sort of represents what has been happening to my muscle. I’m losing it and it is time to make a change. So instead focusing on pure cardio for weight loss, I’m going to take time out to do at home exercises. Maybe I can reprogram my brain to want to workout at home.
