        Ever since the day I first picked up a weight set, I have had a strong passion for Bodybuilding. It is in my blood to love working out, since my father is a professional weight lifter. I have always looked to him for guidance on how to best work out, and the proper techniques for Bodybuilding. He has led me down a path of excellence in everything I do, and specifically how to work out my core body.
        When I first started working out on my core, I was a little bit of a novice. However, after just a few workout practices with my father, I was well suited to be the best I could be at core work out. Basically, core involves your stomach muscles, and in general your torso. It is really hard to work on this part of your body, and takes a lot of dedication and hard work.
        Nevertheless, with the help of my father, I have now been able to master my core body, and I now rock a sexy six pack. It is great to walk around the beach with my shirt off! All thanks to my Bodybuilding practice!
