Fighting a Small Weight Loss Battle |

Up until about a year ago, I never cared to look at my weight on the scale because it was always within the same 5 pounds. I matured and my metabolism slowed down. I started to notice a change in my body. Not so much weight gain but what once was tone turned into a bowl of jelly. I had to start really taking time for fitness equipment. Being a late night kind of guy I also had a problem eating late. This could be one of the worst things a person can do past missing breakfast because all those nighttime calories have nowhere to burn off once asleep. I have heard people burn energy while dreaming. I don’t think it is much though.
I have since been battling to stay within the 190-195 lbs. range. Sounds like a lot but I’m over 6 feet tall so it’s right around where I should be. There is a scale in the bathroom to monitor progress and inspire fitness equipment breaks. This weight loss battle is far from over. The summer will get me outside and active more frequently.
