fitness equipment, weight lossRecently I got a new piece of fitness equipment, and I love it!  Having my own fitness equipment means I don't have to go anywhere to work out.  It is right here at home, and I can use it whenever I want to.  I get on it every day for at least twenty minutes each time to get a good workout.  My goal is not weight loss in particular, just getting into better shape.  I want to tone up and maybe lose a little weight, but not a lot.  I like how I look for the most part, I just want to tone up a few problem areas using my new equipment.  Working out is not only great for my body, but for my mind as well.  It is an awesome stress-reliever for me.  I can work through a lot of hard times when I work out and focus on something other than my problems.  I listen to music while I use my fitness equipment to focus on the workout and on my body while I jam to some fast music to keep me motivated.
