weight loss, nutrition healthWith the summer just around the corner, weight loss is on many people’s minds because of the heat and clothes that show more skin. I hear so many friends and others say they have to have a little bit more weight loss if they are going to squeeze into their bathing suit. I certainly hear that, I would like some weight loss of about eight pounds, ten for extra good measure. The thing is weight loss is great, but for me I need to tone up too. My fitness equipment will be picked up again and the routine will start to get my flabby arms and small muffin top in top shape. Luckily, in the summer the vegetables and especially the variety of fruits are plentiful to add to my nutrition health meals. Down here in the southwest, it gets so hot, that for me that alone curbs my appetite. All I want to do is drink cold beverages and eat light meals. Hearing the people swimming in our community neighborhood pool already is truly a motivator for me to start up again my weight loss program of exercise and lighter meals. My bathing suit is telling me, it is time to tone up.
